Enkei Aegis 18". 550 bucks with tires. But tread unknown, though they are pirelli....
As cool as these wheels are, i think 18" wheels on a prelude might be a bit too much... Then again, since im not lowered, it might make it look lowered... But im sure id start rubbing... I think i may pass on these.
Is this a fair price for this style enkei wheel?

Beware: Tires pop on bumpy surfaces.

these may be lucky as they seem to have been produced before this f1 season, when pirelli decided to 'alter; their production process....

I am thinking that these tires might be the wrong size for your car. Use this tool to figure it out.

haha without a doubt they are. Id need to have the teeny tiniest amount of sidewall for a tire to make it fit. Im to lazy to actually go find that number right now, since im about to log out for the night.

Dont do it. Your tires are a part of your suspension. Put tiny tires on and that stresses the whole system as well as making the ride terrible.

I would say CP, only because I don't like the style. Also, I hate taking chances on used wheels.

CP. You're going to kill your ride and torque for performance. There are way better looking 15-16" wheels out there.

Ive been using a set of used wheels/tires for the whole summer now, and theve been even more reliable than the tires i bought my car with. They leak nothing. And all i had to do was balance them. Its more about questioning the owner of the wheels than the wheels themselves. If you see their car, and begin to see what kind of a person they are, chances are you can tell how they drive.

I think 17" will be my limit after peeking around now. 18's on a prelude are way to big the more i look at it.

Yeah, 18's are out of the question. But a 17 on a +1 platform, i.e keeping the outside diameter the same as stock is probably going to be my next set. Im finding i want just a tad big bigger wheel than my current 16's. Im okay with a slight loss in ride comfort. But modern thinner profile tires are much better than they were 10 years ago too.

This is true but sometimes people like to pwowdercoat wheels and then it warps and then they try to pass it on to someone else. It must be just my fear but I just couldn't handle the stress.
That being said, you shoul totally go for an alloy color for the wheels, it would look awesome !

wait, ive never heard of powdercoating causing warping... I was gonna powder coat the wheels i got...
alloy on white does look slick. So many options! ill take whatever i can get for a good price tho haha.

Well it really depends on how good the people powdercoating are. there is always that chance because you are messing with the wheels formation(cast are less likely to warp than forged)wouldn't take the chance though and instead just get the wheels painted.
